Important cases heard in the Delhi High Court on Tuesday, August 20: * HC said BJP leader Subramanian Swamy's plea, seeking directions to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to decide his representation seeking cancellation of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Indian citizenship, be treated a public interest litigation.
* HC asked the Centre on Tuesday to treat as representation and pass appropriate orders in three months on a petition against the alleged illegal sale of hookahs and its variants, without any health warnings, on e-commerce platforms.
